This policy explains how to cancel a Spark Detective subscription and how to get your money back. It is part of the terms of service. It adds to the rights you have under the law of your country and does not limit them.
1. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time. Open Settings on the site, choose “Manage subscription” and cancel on Stripe’s billing page. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address of your account and we will cancel it for you.
- After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Until that period ends, you can turn renewal back on in the same place.
- Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund a payment already made. To get money back, ask for a refund as described below.
2. Full refund within 7 days
You can get a full refund of any payment for Spark Detective access — the first payment of a subscription or any renewal — if you ask within 7 calendar days after the day of the charge. You do not have to give a reason.
3. How to ask for a refund
Write to sovpali.apps@gmail.com from the email address of your account, or tell us that address, and include the date and amount of the payment. We reply and make the refund as soon as we can, normally within a few business days.
Refunds go back to the card or other payment method used for the payment, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.
4. What happens after a refund
The paid access bought with the refunded payment ends when the refund is made, and a subscription whose payment is fully refunded is cancelled, so it will not renew. Access you have from other payments stays.
5. After 7 days
After 7 days we do not normally refund the unused part of a paid period. You will still get your money back, in whole or in part, if:
- you were charged twice, charged in error or charged without your permission;
- you paid but could not get access to the game because of a problem on our side that we could not fix;
- the law of your country gives you the right to a refund.
6. Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. We can usually solve the problem faster, and this does not affect any of your rights.
